I have a static page here http://sg-world.net/credit/staticpages/index.php?page=20040407121223461

but it says 404 error, wht do I need to do to make static pages work?

I get a block (presumably for the static page), entitled "UK Credit Cards" with "Last Updated Wednesday, April 07 2004 @ 12:12 PM EDT" as the only content. But no 404.

Also, the "last updated" text is underlined and behaving like a link, although it isn't a link. Some bad HTML in that static page, maybe?
