Where is the text "Geeklog 1.3.9 -- Command and Control"
located?

Explain? Where are you looking at? There is a version number in the config file and also you some text in the language file. Not sure what your question is or where your going with this?

Basically what I want to do is add some text where it says Geeklog 1.3.9 -- Command and Control for other users of my site thats all I thought I could keep it all compact by just finding out where the text is bieng called from and displayed from.

sorry forgot to tell you where i see it it is right as you log in through the admin section its where all the icons and stuff are.
