Cannot login, site loads blank page at users.php

I have been using Geeklog for a couple of months and so far, it's worked perfectly fine. Today, when I tried to login to my site, I encountered a problem.

Everytime I tried to login as myself (my username has admin properties), the page will not load. From my site, it will change to mysite.com/users.php and then just stop there. When i refresh the page, a blank page is shown.

Then, I tried to return back to my main page but it will not load. When I clear cache and delete all cookies and everything, the site will then load.

I tried many times to login as an admin user, but the same thing just keeps happening. All I get is a blank page and the page is stuck at mysite.com/users.php.

I asked one of my friends (who's just a normal user with no admin properties) to log in and they can login perfectly fine. There are no problems for normal users. When he checked the "Who's Online" block, my username is there as online with my IP. But, I am not logged in as the browser is stagnant at mysite.com/users.php with a blank page.

I really don't know what to do. I am the only one who can post stories and now I can't do anything. please, please, please someone help!

I first thought it was a cookie problem when i checked the forums for ideas but my browser is set to accept cookies all the time so I don't think that's the problem.

I really need advice on how to fix it. My site was working great yesterday when i posted my last story and 7 hours later, I checked my site and this happened. I didn't make any changes to anything on my computer or my site, so what could have been the problem?

I really appreciate any feedback on this. If anyone can tell me how to login through any other way and to fix this, I'd be grateful! Thanks so much for taking the time to read this.

I don't know if this helps but you may want to check the FAQ on this problem. I had what seems to be the same problem twice.

In one case it was white space at the end of my lib-common.php file. The other time was just recently when I had set the $_CONF['cookiedomain'] variable incorrectly on a test site.

Did you check your error log
