Problems with Comments...

Hello,
I have a strange problem with comments on the index page.
If there is no comment - I CAN send first comment with no problems at all.
But if there is one or more comments I can't see them

mysite/article.php/20040713084300179#comments
are 404 - Object not found!
Can anyone please help me?
Is there problem with some Apache module or I did something wrong?
