I get this Calender Error

I edited the add event form and deleted some fields like adress 1 and 2 along with zip code state and some other while adding name(s) phone # and email address. when i fill out all the fields and try to submit i get this error message...

*Please fill in all the fields on the form. All fields are required.

how do i fix this

Well, restore the original file, of course.

Make sure you're not deleting any "hidden" input fields. And you can't remove the title and description, as those are required.
