New Posts - image submissions | allowing guest to use their name

most cms currently avaialable will allow image ( gif jpg etc ) to be submitted along with a new submission.
they will also allow a guest to post in her or his name if that name has not already been taken up by a registered user
can these features be somehow enabled in this latest version of the geeklog ??
