So I tried to check out the FAQ page.. It did not answer this question. How to change the background colors? block colors? Please refer me or respond. thanks

Depending on the theme you are working on, most of the color settings are in the style.css file in the theme directory.

I really don't want to be harsh, but if you aren't able to figure that by yourself I don't understand why you want to know it.
