Editing layout templates ?? Changing links

I've been having some difficulty eiditing the link styles for my templates. I cant find the HTML code associated with link ( say the home / story nav block), This text is associated with block header / block footer, but I don't see it there. Also, i search through all the links template dirs???

I think you mean GEEKLOG_DIR/public-htmla/layout/YOUR_THEME/topicoption.thtml and topicoption_off.thtml
