I recently had to restore my geeklog database and it seems my backup file and although it says it version 1.3.11 I am getting errors that lead me to believe the restore was from 1.3.10. I kept getting SQL errors so I manually put in some fields into the DB which got most of my site working. I still have issues with the forum and editin topics. Is there a way for me to restore just the latest schema without touching the data?

Well, you can always check the files in sql/updates to see what has actually changed.

The only database change between 1.3.10 and 1.3.11, though, was to extend the 'sid' in gl_comments to 40 characters (which was an oversight in the 1.3.10 release).
