Logo Size - how to widen

is it possible to widen the logo size on top with the theme that comes with GL ?

When I upload a wider one, it shrinks it back to the GL logo size


please -- any advice?

First off, you can find alot of already asked questions using the search function.
These settings are located in layout/professional/header.thtml
