If I mistype my user name or password, a new login screen comes up that says:
You may have mistyped your login credentials. Please try logging in again below. Are you a new user?
User Name:
Password:

So I type in my username and password, hit enter, and nothing happens.
No error message, just nothing.

You can try it out on my site using Shelley / Test for username and password.

Any ideas on this?

your form is messed up in the template file.
the td that the form sits in lacks a double quote after the style definition:
<td bgcolor="#666666" style="border: 1px; border-color: #000000;>
which messes up the begining of the form code.

Thank you. I removed the style code and it works fine now.
