Gl file upload problem

Got this when trying to upload a file onto Geeklog main site:
Geeklog Error

Error Code: 9999


ERROR: OOPS! God Knows


Any ideas? Thanks

This seems to happen when you try to upload a file that already exists in the File Management plugin. Try renaming your file.
