When trying to submit a comment in gl 1.4sr1 I get an SQL error. The error log reports;

1044: Access denied for user: 'oscar@%' to database 'oscar'. SQL in question: LOCK TABLES gl_comments WRITE


The db name is oscar and the username is oscar. Is gl adding the @% to the username?

I can submit a story fine and everything else that interacts with the db is ok.

Any pointers in the right direction?

comment.php error: can not lock table gl_comments
