Geeklog Forums

Hi, I am brand new to Geeklog and I have been searching for a script exactly like this. I have tried everything and just could only find mambo and joomla to be the best untill today. I love the modules and feel of geeklog. Now onto my question/s, lol.

1. I am using the professional style template that was already installed with geeklog in fact its the same template as here at geeklog.net. Is there a way to change the image and create my own in the blue / green part?

2. can you have private messages if you do not have a forum?

2. We're using Blaine's Messenger plugin here on the site, but there's also another one (try the downloads section or the forums).
