I would like to enable File upload and use so that I can upload and use pdf files on a web site.
This is so the pdf file can be locked so people cannot copy the text... I know it can be copied if you know how.
Also I have 30 page PDF files that will not even fit in a static page however if I could just upload the pdf
and display it in the static page as a file that would actually be very very useful,
apart from my not wanting people to copy stuff the advantages of using PDF's for large sites
as information pages are endless....
Any help greatly appreciated....

You could use the file management plugin. I'm sure it isn't exactly what you want, but it works.
