I found the logo.png changed the image and uploaded it back onto my server but it doesn't change. This is kind of frustrating.

Have you tried clearing your cache?

Cleared the cache but it didn't help

If that didn't help, double-check that you replaced the correct image file. Try right-clicking on the logo and select "View Image" (or similar - that's how it's called in Firefox). Compare the URL of the image with where you placed your logo. Also notice the file type / extension.
