in send mail to user i can give any ones email address and it would send the mail
This only only shows the "reply to" email but also allows others to use incorrect or someone's elses email address.
any fix for this?

So your concern is that someone may send emails but use another person's email address as the reply-to? Sure, that's possible - but I can do the same from any email client.
Users of your site can opt not to receive email from anyone (see under "My Account". And you can restrict access to the email form to logged-in users. Plus, any email sent is run through the spam filter (Spam-X) first.
bye, Dirk

may be this should be changed to Private message kind of a thing so that
1) Senders email address is not disclosed
2) sender does not abuse this to send fake email (they can do it from any client, but y become a medium for this kind of stuff)

You can not send an email without "disclosing" the sender's address.
I'm not aware of any widespread abuse of the email forms (yes, there are cases, but I don't see a trend there). And if you don't like it, switch it off - see above.
