how do i create tag cloud? and how do i add tags per story?

kinda of newbie question but i am used to putting tags in a seperate box,here i dont see seperate box for tags. so what am i doing wrong?

You have to install a tag plugin. There are 2 that I know of but only one has been released to the general public.

Check out mystral_kk tag plugin. It uses geeklogs autotags to allow you to insert tags in any story. It is a little rough around the edges but the general functionality works ok.
