Error in Media gallery plugin

Hi! I've installed Media gallery plugin. it is all working/ but when i go to http://votpade.ru/admin/plugins/mediagallery/cfgedit.php it display an error. can you help me what is wrong?

Your hosting Co do not allow you to read in the /usr/bin folder and cfgedit.php on line 245 try to read it

You can ask the good path to jhead or jhead.exe to your hosting co and if they allow you his use.
