How can I add flash video to a story?

I've noticed there are only certain html tags you can use out of the box

how do I add more? and which one do I add to allow flash

If you use the advanced editor with the full featured toolbar, you'll see a Flash icon to embed the movie. But you can also embed the required code in an Autotag (look how the Autotag plugin handles Youtube tags) and use one of the upload scripts to upload the movie.

Alternative: use the Mediagallery plugin, but that is a bit over the top if you only want to embed a single flash movie.

BTW please do not use so much caps...
