I recently installed the newer version of GL through my hosting panel (much easier for the novice user). However, when I reviewed the instruction to install the plugin for the forum, the instruction steps does not match the file setup on the server. I'm using the Minimal theme. I've search for instruction using the terms I know but it all pointed back to what appeared to be old instructions.

Please help!!!!!

my friend, if you install GL from your hosting provider than all private and plublic folder stay together in the same level.

try your best as you can. it is not hard enough to install all gl-plugin to your GL site.

Again, plugin installation hasn't changed. Try these instructions when the one from the plugin you're installing don't help.

And keep in mind that auto installers like Fantastico "are doing it wrong" in that they are putting directories where they shouldn't be. You should be able to identify those moved directories easily, though.

bye, Dirk
