Hello,
the new guy is back once again with another Q.
Since i installed GL either the fact i can use GL pretty easily for personalised blocks, or the way GL is coded but im getting alot of hits according to the site statistics.. Are these actual legit hits or alot of crawlers of some description?

For a definitive answer, you would need to check your webserver's logfiles.
On geeklog.net, we get a lot of script kiddie attacks, which can make up something like 30% of the requests that the site receives on a busy day. If it turns out that that is your problem, there are some simple rules that you can add to your .htaccess file in this discussion.
bye, Dirk
