StreamPro is my latest theming effort intended for Geeklog 1.3.11.

This is an easy to style theme having most of it's style restricted to the style sheets including its main layout. The clalendar and the forum styles are found in separate style sheets in order to find and edit those styles quicker. Only 3 or 4 colors were harmed in the making of this theme making it easy to color. Custom template files were created to accommodate the button-like appearance of the standard nav blocks.

StreamPro encorporates a two column layout--a left/nav column and a right/content column. This is perhaps not the best layout for larger displays, but it still looks great on my laptop. There is a significant lack of tables used in this design compared to the standard themes.

Look for StreamPro in the local themes section of Geeklog's download page.

Announcements After much anticipation (and waiting...), Contemporary v1 is now available for download!

This theme was developed with my original inspiration in mind, to showcase content tastefully, and cleanly. Contemporary v1 is designed to look highly stylized and casual.

Note: This theme uses advanced CSS and as usual is best experienced in Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari.

Quite a bit earlier than originally planned, the first Release Candidate for Geeklog 1.3.11 is now available for download.

Geeklog 1.3.11 is effectively a bugfix release over 1.3.10 and is intended to replace it. The change in the version number was necessary since one of the bugfixes involves a change in the database.

It also ensures compatibility with PHP 4.1.x, fixes a bug in the archiving option, several bugs in the calendar, and a host of other fixes

We intend to release the final version of 1.3.11 before the end of the year, so feedback on how this Release Candidate performs would be welcome. Since there weren't any changes in the themes, language files, or config.php, updates should be relatively painless. As usual, the file docs/changed-files provides a list of all the files that actually changed.
