Is that any way that we can have a secure static pages templates? if anyone has the answer please let me know.

It depends on how your secure server is set up. If you\'re using a simple
redirect, you can call the static page securely using a https://
your.secure.url/~yourname/yourdir/yourpage.html link.

Hmmm, what i mean is a static page when only the admin or other delegated admin can view the contents.

In that case, you should get Tom Willet's version 1.2 of the Static Pages plugin which supports permissions (just like permissions on stories).
