At least try to help yourself first by either doing a search on this site. I searched for File-Handle and got an answer to your problem within the first 5 results. Or you could have gone to our support section and read the FAQ.

check the permssion on your files your backend.rdf.. your error.log your access.log most luckily make sure your backend.rdf is writable
