A way to change the MySQL database name

I really love this, but there's something that I am stuck on :•( I'm using shared hosting and the the name "MySQL" (which is the defualt in the MySQL Database field) is taken due to the fact it's shared. Is there a work around? I read that it cannot be changed in the config file.

Not sure if I can follow you ... If you are referrring to this line from config.php $_DB_dbms = 'mysql'; then that just tells Geeklog to use a MySQL database. However, the name of the database is configured in this line: $_DB_name = 'geeklog'; And you can change that to whatever suits your setup. In the unlikely event that you were talking about a table named "mysql" within the database, then I can assure you that Geeklog does not use this table name. Hope that helped ... bye, Dirk
