Change Number of Stories per Page

I want to change how many stories are allowed on each topic page. Does anyone know what file controls this?

Set this variable in your config.php to whatever you prefer:
$_CONF['limitnews'] = 10;
But note that this is only the default setting - every user can set the amount to something else in his/her display preferences.
