Minor link problem

Hi all. I've just installed geeklog and am intrigued (I'm currently using Postnuke), but have one minor issue. All my paths in config.php and lib-common.php "appear" to be correct but the link from the logo doesn't correctly point to my geeklog index.php file. I've got Apache's fancy indexing feature on (I need it to display certain directories for some users), and so when the logo is clicked, the geeklog directory is loaded instead of the page...not good...and an obvious security risk. Is it possible to change some other (header??) file to have it point to http://mysite/geeklog/index.php instead? The Home link in the main menu does this and therefore works dandy. I don't think moving all files in public_html would solve this problem, though I could be wrong, but I'm not quite ready to do that yet. I look forward to playing with and learning more about geeklog.
Thanks!

Well, if you have directory indexes on on your web server, then it's certainly not Geeklog's fault ... You should turn that off in any case.
As for the index.php, the best thing to do is probably to add
DirectoryIndex index.php
to you httpd.conf or .htaccess file.
bye, Dirk

As I said, that's not really an option since I need to provide directory listings to some users for downloads.

Been there, done that. Still no joy.

You should be able to edit this in the templates. Go to layout/theme and dig in the header.thmtl file. You should find the link in there - you could just hard code it for a quick fix.

Thanks Euan, I did play with that a bit, but still couldn't get it to work correctly...I'm pretty much a newbie at this stuff, so I sort of stumble along. I don't understand why it's using a different convention than the "Home" link in the main menu, which does work correctly. I'll keep playing with it.
