dates and some pages

Hello all,
I'm a new member and I'm from Brazil.
I would like to know which file contains the dates?
Wednesday, July 24 2002 @ 10:23 PM PDT.
I'm wanting to translate the dates (and story, too) for the Portuguese and I would like to know which file I must translate?

How I create a page of "FAQs", "Are you secure?", "Downloads" or "Installing GL" equal the ones of the GeekLog? This is some plugin?

I'm loving GeekLog Web Portal. It's great!

Bye,

For the date and time format, you need to change these settings in your config.php: $_CONF['locale'] = 'en-gb'; $_CONF['date'] = '%A, %B %d %Y @ %I:%M %p %Z'; $_CONF['daytime'] = '%m/%d %I:%M%p'; The 'locale' setting defines the language that PHP uses (e.g. for day and month names) - you need to find out what the correct locale for Brazil is. The other two define the format string. Look up the function "strftime" on php.net to learn what they mean. As for the FAQ etc. entries: These are static pages. Just create a new static page and check the "add to menu" option so that they are added to your menu bar. bye, Dirk

Ok! It functioned perfectly. Thank you
One problem. When I create a page "TEST" I chose Blank Page in Page Format.
Now I can not erase page "TEST" because it doesn't appear link to edit.
How I make to erase the page "Test" that I created in Blank Format?
Thank you again!
Sorry for the english.
Bye,
