Can't Get It Working....

I've got Geeklog installed and Gallery integrated into it, but I can't get the ramdon pic block to work - it just says "Invalid Directory". I assumed it was an issue with my paths in the lib-common file but after double and triple checking them, I still can't get it to work.
My main page is here:
http://www.blogatello.com/geeklog/public_html/index.php
and my Gallery is here:
http://www.blogatello.com/gallery/
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thanks,
J

Well, since the error on your site is indicating the block does not exist, I would suggest you have used the wrong name for the function when configuring the block in the GL Block Admin.
Have you added the code for the function(s) in lib-custom.php?

I fixed the problem, the random pics show up but now when I try to log in as Admin I get:
Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/jstaton/public_html/geeklog/public_html/lib-common.php:2785) in /home/jstaton/public_html/geeklog/system/lib-sessions.php on line 263

I added the phpblock code to the lib-common file as the instructions in the zip file indicated.
The site is at http://www.blogatello.com/geeklog/public_html/
Would it be more beneficial to place it in the lib-customer file? If so, how would I call it from that file?
Thanks,
John
