Of course you can use Webalizer (or similar tools) to analyse traffic on your Geeklog site.
If your question was if we're planning to make the "site stats" section more like Webalizer (with graphical output etc.) then the answer is no. The site stats are good for a quick impression what the most popular stories, links, etc. are. For a more in-depth analysis, you should really use software that was specifically made for that task (like Webalizer, Analog, ...).
