Relevant TITLE in HTML headers

The HTML <TITLE> in the header of every Geeklog-generated page is the same -- hard coded with the site title and slogan. Is there a way to make the title more informative, e.g. putting the title of the story, topic or section in the html title?
The html title is used by the browser in several ways that enhance usability if the title is meaningful, e.g. when adding the page to Favorites/Bookmarks, navigating the Back/Forward popup menus, and switching browser windows.
Has anyone solved this problem?
