Geeklog Forums

Hello. I set up a geek long on a local linux box here at home and played with it for a week or two before installing geeklog on my hosted website. I am having a problem with cookies. I've searched through the site and seen other folks with similar problems but I didn't find anything that was exactly like my "problem". I've doubled checked and I am entering the site the exact same way as it is listed in the config.php file. I didn't have trouble logging in on my local linux box but it's not working at all now. What is the answer to this problem?

Well, i seem to have fixed the cookie problem althought I have no idea why it works now and it didn't before. <P> I simply changed the cookie name and cleared the old cookie out of the cookie folder and it is now working. <p> Guess you should keep your cookie name short or leave it at the default.
