Links.php not working?

So can you see the links from the Admin menu? Or were you submitting them as a normal user and they're still in the submission queue?
links.php is certainly working, so it's either something wrong with the templates (did you try viewing the links section with one of the themes that ship with Geeklog?) or the links are not stored where they should be (have a look at the table gl_links in your database).

It was the template files... Tried copying over the files from a different
theme (clean) and it worked fine. Cannot remember the original theme
I copied from, though Classic rings a bell...
