Problems with Admin Only Section

Hey Guys,
GL is great!! I've been working with it for a few days now and the front end is running good. My problem is when I try to access anything under the admin only section. When I click on the links it gives me this error:
Template Error: set_root: layout/XSilver/ is not a directory.
Halted.
All the other links work great...
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
