I downloaded and installed 1.3.6 rc1 thinking it was the lastest and I here 1.3.6 is the latest and 1.3.6 rc1 is buggy. I spent a couple days settign it up and was wondering is there a easy safe way to upgrade from 1.3.6 rc1 to 1.3.6?

I guess we already discussed this on IRC, didn't we? Anyway, the comments to the 1.3.6 release announcement discuss what needs to be done to upgrade 1.3.6rc1 to 1.3.6.
Can I ask you why you thought 1.3.6rc1 was more recent than 1.3.6? I.e. are any of the links on our site confusing?
bye, Dirk
