Weather Plug in Error

I have a friend helping me install most of the stuff on my site but He got an error after installing the weather plug in and has not had time to locate the error. Error in PHP Block. Function, phpblock_getweather, does not exist.

Well, the error message says it all: The function is missing. Either it's not in lib-custom.php or he forgot to upload the lib-custom.php or it's simply a typo in the function name ... bye, Dirk
