Ok, I'm confused again. I swear I read something about a frontpage staticpage being framed in a block if the label wasn't empty. So I did a frontpage static page with a lable and it doesn't showup in a block. I have the new index.php from CVS. I've searched again and I can't seem to find it.
Did I really read this or have I been gazing at the screen to long?
Thx!

To wrap static pages in a block, you need to set $_SP_CONF['in_block'] = 1; in the config.php of the static pages plugin (the one in /path/to/geeklog/plugins/staticpages, not to be confused with Geeklog's config.php).
Note that this applies to all static pages, and for the one on the front page it will only work with the updated index.php from CVS (which you said you have, so you should be fine).
bye, Dirk
