I am having problems getting the portal block working. I create the block, give it a title and name, choose portal block as the type, and type in the url for the feed. I hit save and wait a few seconds for the site to re load, but no block appears in site. I have tried to change the .xml to rss, and tried different feeds. Any ideas? Also I would like to say a big thanks for this software. I am not into script writing but have decided to learn it as a result of seeing the things you guys have done.

You should at least get an error message ... Have you tried reloading your site? A forced reload (shift click on the reload button or something similar, depending on the browser you're using) usually does it for me. Also, some people have reported problems with blocks not showing up when they have been set to "homeonly" - try switching it to "all". bye, Dirk

I'm having the same problem. The site that I'm grabbing the RSS feed from is a postnuke site (converted from php-nuke earlier), and the file is a backend.php file. I just reset it to "All" and it works. ... I guess this is a bug? How do we report bugs?
