Language Tester ?

Hallo All!
I was just wondering, is there perhaps a language tester available for GeekLog ? I am thinking something similar to the theme tester that is available for this site.
I know that Registered users can change the default language, but I want to make a block type of thingee for them to change the language without logging in.
Is this possible, or am I asking too much? 
Any help appreciated
