Is Geeklog good for a travel review site?

I am thinking of building a travel review site for all my friends to share their travel experience. Is GeekLog a good system for that? Or anybody can recommend any CMS system?
For the feature in my mind. It should have a tree structure navigation (country/state/city...)
and a easy way for non-tech user to publish their travel story. Is there anyway to have pictures included in the article(and have picture uploaded to server)? or have a picture gallary for each article?
Any suggestions?
Thanks!!
James

The best way to find if it suits your needs is probably to just install it and try it out ...
Admin users can upload images with their articles, normal users can't. There are two solutions available for integrating gallery scripts (Gallery and Mig) with Geeklog, with a third solution (Geekary) coming out soon.

Thanks for info...
I still have concerns about tree-structure navigation. I see in Geeklog, you can post article in different section. However, it is just a two-level structure. Seems there is no sub-sectioin concept... Am I right?
Thanks!!

Geeklog does not have a concept of subtopics. However, you may want to have a look at the Menu plugin.
