Deleting plugin

I have a 1.3.7 site (newly upgraded from 1.3.5sr2). I am trying to delete a plugin but keep on getting the message "There was an error" but it doesn't say what.
Can I just safely remove the entry from gl_plugins table and delete the corresponding dir of the plugin?
Thanks,
selk

Which plugin is that? It may need one or two minor changes to be properly uninstalled from the plugin editor, so you may tell its author about the problems you have.
In general, the plugin should include instructions on how to uninstall it. Removing the entry from the gl_plugins table is one thing. Some plugins also have entries in the gl_vars table.
bye, Dirk

This is the MembersPhoto plugin. As I said, I was coming from 1.3.5sr2
and the plugin was brought over during the upgrade to 1.3.7. Since it
seems like 1.3.7 has already included the MemberPhoto builtin to GL, I
would like to remove this plugin but unable due to an error. Right now I
disabled the plugin and the site seems to be working just fine.
Thanks for the tips.
