I have just installed GeekLog in my site but I wish to keep it for just a few of my friends. I don't want anyone registering. I'd rather create a new user account and inform my friends about it. My question is, How do I take out "Don't have an account yet? Sign up as a New User" from the main page?

The simplest solution would be to find that text in the language file and replace it with an empty string. bye, Dirk

It's not that easy i fear.
For example: If you enter a faked username/password, you get the question: "Are you a new user?" (plus link for registration). Furthermore there is the direct Link (users.php?mode=new).
I also encountered a few more caveats with this issue.
I'd recommend altering the file users.php in the main section to point to another case. I've tested this with V1.3.5 a while ago and can't remember if that was all that was to do, sorry...
Would this "problem" stand to be a good feature-request for future versions?
