I used the Mail Users function for the first time today. I have 28 users, but it sent only to the 22 users, reporting 22 successes and 0 failure. Anyone had that issue? Why is GL ignoring 6 other users who are also on the 'logged in' group? Sam

User can turn this off in their account settings or in their user preferences (I can't remember which). My assumption is 6 users decided to turn that off.---The reason people blame things on previous generations is that there's only one other choice.

I believe you can also click on an option when sending the mail to "ignore user settings" or something like that... perhaps this will get those remaining six if they've elected not to receive email?

Has anyone been able to verify that "Ignore user settings" on the mail system will enable us to send e-mail to members even if they selected the option not to be contacted?

I only found one additional post on this but the answer was a bit confusing.

I'm typing up my TOS and need to understand this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
