Weather Block

I installed the latest Weather Block from http://squatty.com and everything seemed to go okay. I even was able to add my local weather information to the available options. The one huge issue I can't seem to get around is the Global Default weather location. It seems to default to Los Angeles and no matter how many times I click on "Set as Global Default" on any other city, it always sticks at Los Angeles.
However I can set any city to be my user's default. That works fine.
Also, in the weather settings, The Edit, or Delete buttons just seem to pull up that particular cities forecast page.
I'm logged in as the Admin user too! And I've made sure that in the "Users" area of Geeklog that my admin has Weather checked, and my normal user.
Any ideas?
Thanks Scott
PS. Anyone know why http://www.squatty.com has become unavailable since last night? I've tried from multiple locations and had friends try to get to his web site and no luck.

Yep, my site was down today...sorry. It's back up now.
First question, what version of PHP/Apache are you running. I've heard of people having similar issues on Apache 2.0.
It sounds like you've followed the correct steps.
