When I installed (better if i said tried to install GeekLog (v1.3.7sr1) it puts the following error on my screen:

Parse Error:parse error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /home/www/newweb/srednja_sola/dijaki/lib_common.php on line 3815

On the following line i found this code:else if( $A['type'] ']']']']']']']']']== ']']']']']']']']']==']']']']']']']']== ']']']']']']']==']']']']']']==']']']']']== ']']']']==']']']==']']==']=='poll' )

I tried every config of giving path to it and I gave up. From now on I consider myself a comple idiotic n00b and i beg of if someone of you could install it for me. I would give him all the authoroties needed for the server, database...

Please help me!!!

(I have not modified or installed any plugins to GeekLog)-I shall erase everypart of it from server so the potential helper could start from scratch...

If you now what i should do please mail me here:

anim8it@wetsoftware.comPlease HELP!!!

What did you use to edit lib-common.php? I seem to remember someon on IRC used WordPad to edit the file and got the same line of rubbish ... In other words: Your lib-common.php is corrupted. Please use a fresh copy of that file and use some "plain text" editor to make the necessary change to it. bye, Dirk

It would help if you told us what exactly your problem is ... As I said: Get a fresh copy of lib-common.php from the original tarball (btw, don't use WinZip - I assume you read the installation instructions?). Then use some ordinary text editor (NOT DreamWeaver, NOT WordPad, ...) to change the one line in lib-common.php. Hope that helps. bye, Dirk
