Help, problems with chmod!!

I have change the chmod for the required files and folders to 775 and it seems not working. I'd suggest you start with fixing that parse error in lib-common.php first. Looks like your lib-common.php is corrupted, so you'd better start over with a fresh copy of that file (and avoid the usual suspects, i.e. WinZip, Dreamweaver, etc.).
