I'm new to geeklog, I installed it on my stite, along with the journal plugin. How do I make a topic in the sections that will go to the journals page if the main journal page is www.mysite.com/journal.Thanks

You can not extend the sections block easily (it only lists the topics on your site).

You could either use my Journal block or replace your Sections block with Tom Willet's Menu plugin (which will let you add your own links).
