Random Photo Block

Um...yes, I'm using Apache 2. I've mangaged to get everything else working...including the weather block, so I refuse to give up just because of Apache 2. It's just this darn random photo block.
Let's see, yes, upon first load of the page, the block-random.cache file is created. My site looks fine and the random photo block is working. When you refresh the page, you get:
ERROR: requested index [] out of bounds [172]
If I open another Internet Explorer or Mozilla window, again, the page looks ok, then after a reload....nothing...
It's the only error I'm receiving. Nothing else but the header and left blocks on the page. There's no indication of problems in my error.log.
When DNS goes around you should be able to get to www.eric-martin.com

My block-random.php file has been in the public_html directory the whole time. I still get those same errors. I have a feeling it is something to do with Apache 2.0.
