Error while logging out

I get the following error evertime i try to log out from my admin userID. Any ideas why? Warning: fopen("/var/www/html/geeklog-1.3.7sr1/logs/error.log", "a"Wink - Permission denied in /var/www/html/geeklog-1.3.7sr1/public_html/lib-common.php on line 1440
